Cancellations All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total charged per person. No partial refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of a tour. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the time advised; in addition no reimbursement will be given to clients who lose contact with the local assistant or who does not complete the tour. If for any reason Golocalitalia cancels a tour or visit, the client may claim reimbursement only of the sum paid. Clients accept the condition that Golocalitalia reserves the right to change or cancel the tour or visit if necessary. If the Organisation is obliged to change the programme due to operational difficulties or reasons beyond the control of Golocalitalia (travel conditions, strikes, weather) then an alternative will be proposed, without any change to the price, and the client will be notified. Golocalitalia shall not be held responsible for breach of contract and cannot accept responsibility for injuries, loss, damage, delay or any actions or developments outwith the control of Golocalitalia during the tour or visit. Golocalitalia and suppliers, in making arrangements for tours and visits, or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual clients, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default of any supplier or other company or person providing services of Golocalitalia. Furthermore, Golocalitalia and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. Clients assume complete and full responsibility for themselves during the tour or visit. Upon partial or full payment, the client agrees to the full acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Any complaint by the client must be communicated to Golocalitalia within 10 working days after the date of the tour or visit. |
